Effective Home Remedies for Hair Care

Hair loss problem is very common in all age group. There are many hair loss products available in market. But these products may harm your hair. A combination of good nutrition, hygienic practices and home remedies for hair care can go a long way in preventing or treating hair loss.

Lemon juice: It is considered as a medicine, which prevents hair loss and fight with dandruff and itching problem too. Vitamin C of lemon prevents this disease.

Balanced diet for hair care: Balanced diet is very effective home remedies for hair care. Balanced diet with generous amount of seeds, green vegetables, nuts, grains and fruits augmented by milk, vegetable oils, honey, and wheat germ can prevent and treat hair loss.

Sugar: Take 2 tablespoons of sugar and add water to make a dry past. Part the hair and rub the paste in between the scalp. This paste helps to lift the dead skin caused of dandruff and also stimulate the hair. Wash your hair with mild herbal shampoo.

Camphor and coconut oil: Add one teaspoon of camphor to half teaspoon of coconut oil and store it in a air tight container. Apply this mixture on the scalp before you go to bed.

Mustard oil with henna leaves: Mixture of this is very effective home remedies for hair care. Mix 250grams mustard oil with 60grams henna leaves and boil this mixture. Thereafter you can preserve this mixture and apply this gently on your scalp.

Black sesame and eclipta alba (Bhringaraj): For graying of hairs, take black sesame and bhringaraj in equal quantity and mix them. Chew one or two teaspoonful of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach and drink fresh water over it. Take daily for six to eight months. It is successful home remedies for all persons up to 40.

Besan with yoghurt or curd with a tablespoon of lemon juice is very effective home remedies for fighting the dandruff problem. Apply this mixture on your head and leave this mixture for about 20-25 minutes. It will start working with in few minutes and then after this you can apply mild herbal shampoo and conditioner. Try this paste at least for two months to get the result. Besan and curd are natural cleanser and wash the scalp purely.

Amla: Take amla oil and coconut oil and boil them together to create hair tonic. This tonic is very effective in preventing hair loss. Pigeon Pea and Red Gram: Mix the pigeon pea and red gram to create a paste. You can apply this paste directly to the bald areas. If you have baldness and you want to regrow your hair, this home remedies will help you out.

Black Pepper and Lime Seeds: Mix the powder of black pepper and lime seeds (in equal proportions) and use the paste as a hair tonic. Apply the paste thinly on the scalp regularly. Leave it on for about 10-15 minutes, and then rinse it off with water and herbal shampoo.

Fenugreek Seeds: Mix fenugreek seeds with water and apply on the scalp. It is very easy home remedies for hair care. It takes less time and gives good results.

You can mix several ingredients together to create your home made hair care solution. Such ingredients may include mustard seeds, lemon, olive oil, curd, fenugreek, henna and egg yolk. The solution is then used on the hair and scalp for about 45 minutes.
